You need to come live by me where the grocery stores keep putting Honey Nut Cheerios on sale for close to $1 a box, that'll cure you ;) I really used to be the same way. I'm not sure what snapped me out of it, but once I did snap out of it and start stocking up on food, I saw how even if I spent a little extra one month, I really would see a difference in how much I spent on food in later months. Hot Chocolate has always been something I've bought in bulk too, I was so cranky this winter when I couldn't find a big box of it, but then I did find one at Costco, I'm happy now. :) You know what? It is so hard for me to find that place in the middle. For some strange reason, in my head I can justify stocking up on great deals or being super frugal and not spending a dime. Have you considered my idea of giving myself permission for a few items? Maybe you could give yourself permission to buy diapers in bulk. And perhaps one other item.
